Recent testing and inspecting samples from in and around HD9

removing the cover can be like opening up a can of worms
Recently installed RCBO did not operate –  also fan PCB (top) melted L-N reversed
A kitchen renovation –  light wasnt working – found this in ceiling
someone hit the joist while installing down lights – creating a fire hazard  
not once but twice on the same joist! 
a recent re-wire 
same job live ends in the  loft
