Working on a lovely extension in Holmbridge – complete with living room with velux windows, Kitchen / diner, utility, entrance room and roof terrace. Rather than extend existing circuits on an already extended 5 bed house I’ve split the main supply so all the new rooms are fed from a new consumer unit.
Call out today – first of all it would be £150 to test and inspect the electrics , with a view to installing a new consumer unit as this one is damaged and there is a serious risk of fire.

3 months down the line at the house, been on a 2 week break in Florida to see the in laws and now it’s back to it.
